Salem Al Shareef is the Chief Delivery officer at e& enterprise, where he leads the strategic expansion and delivery of IOT projects , Centralised IT, Customer Experience and Business Process Outsourcing across the UAE and KSA.

With over 25 years of experience in ICT, digital transformation, and large-scale projects execution, Salem played a central role in the delivery of e& enterprise different line of business projects and the launching of the BPO practices at e& enterprise in UAE and KSA.

He has led the successful execution of several national flagship programs, including Dubai Expo 2020 IT infrastructure , ADEK school infrastructure and UAE federal network FEDNET.

Salem holds a BSc in Telecom Engineering with a Master in Business and Administration.

He is certified PRINCE2 and Green Belt Six Sigma, and a graduate of e& future leadership program by INSEAD.
