Majd is the Vice President of Business Development at e& enterprise, where he supports the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across priority verticals in the UAE and wider region.

With over 22 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technologies, and commercial leadership, Majd has been a pivotal contributor to the evolution of e&. He developed a high-performing enterprise sales team, expanded the organization’s presence across multiple industries, and fostered a customer-centric culture. Majd also served as Head of the Banking & Financial Services vertical at e&, where he created and scaled innovative digital solutions supporting the UAE’s BFSI ecosystem. His tenure further included leading the Energy & Utilities vertical, collaborating with major national clients to advance smart grid operations, industrial digitalization, and sustainability-driven innovation.

Majd holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of Plymouth (UK), and has completed executive education at Columbia Business School and the University of Cambridge.
