Majd is the Ag. Chief Revenue Officer at e& enterprise, where he drives the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across priority verticals in the UAE and wider region. In this role, he leads multidisciplinary teams including Vertical Business Development, E2E Digital Transformation and Consultancy, Revenue Operations, Strategic Alliances, Customer Success, and Marcom, who work together to orchestrate and accelerate the adoption of digital technologies that enable government organizations and large enterprises to realize their digital transformation potential. 

With over 22 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technologies and commercial leadership, Majd has been a pivotal contributor to the evolution of e&. Most recently serving as Vice President of Sales at e& enterprise, he led the development of a high-performing enterprise sales team, strengthened the organization’s footprint across multiple industries, and instilled a customer-obsessed culture. Previously Majd served as the Head of Banking & Financial Services vertical at e&, creating and scaling innovative digital propositions supporting the UAE’s BFSI ecosystem. His tenure also included leading the Energy & Utilities vertical, where he collaborated with major national clients to advance smart grid operations, industrial digitalization, and sustainability-driven innovation.

Majd holds a master and bachelor degree, both from the University of Plymouth (UK). He has also completed executive education at Columbia Business School and University of Cambridge.
