An accomplished entrepreneur and transformation leader, Chaghlil was the founder and CEO of Falcon 9, a pioneering cloud solutions provider in the region. Under his leadership, Falcon 9 became a key player in delivering innovative, enterprise-grade cloud services before being acquired by Bespin Global. Post-acquisition, he played a central role in scaling Bespin’s operations and reputation across MENA, forging strategic alliances with global cloud hyperscalers, and delivering high-impact cloud transformation projects for both public and private sector clients.

Today, as Chief Cloud Officer, Chaghlil is the architect of e& enterprise’s regional cloud strategy, bridging the company’s world-class capabilities with the evolving needs of governments, enterprises, and strategic partners across the Middle East and North Africa. He is unlocking untapped opportunities, building the “highways” of cloud innovation, and positioning e& enterprise as the region’s trusted cloud solutions provider of choice. His work is a cornerstone of the Group’s wider transformation from a traditional telecommunications operator to a technology and cloud powerhouse as a global Technology group.
